As Guitar Center continued to grow, we recognized a clear need among our most high-profile and professional clients: a different kind of experience. These were artists, producers, integrators, and touring professionals who didn’t just need gear—they needed a partner who understood their world, moved at their speed, and delivered with precision.
That’s how Custom House was formed: a boutique division within Guitar Center, designed to serve the upper tier of the music industry with white-glove service, dedicated account managers, and direct access to premium gear, integration, and creative support.
Where Guitar Center brings scale and access, Custom House brings tailored strategy and personal relationships. Together, we represent the full spectrum of the music journey—from aspiring artists to platinum-selling professionals.

Greg Glaser is the Vice President of Guitar Center Professional and Custom House at Guitar Center, serving the pro audio community through high-touch consultation, premium product curation, and long-term client partnerships.
He works closely with producers, engineers, artists, studios, and touring professionals to build customized solutions from boutique microphone and outboard chains to full control-room monitoring and studio infrastructure.
Greg is known for combining deep technical knowledge with a people-first approach, making him a trusted resource for professionals who need the right gear, the right guidance, and the right support, every time.
